Boy oh boy, this stuff is good. After a year of fiddling with ingredients and temperatures we finally perfected this flavor with just two ingredients: organic cane sugar and AA grade salted butter. We make our caramel 6 lbs. at a time so we can guarantee a tasty texture, flavor, and color.
Pete believes that if an ice cream shop can make a good vanilla, then the rest of their flavors must be pretty good too. That's how we treat our coconut. It's super simple, just organic coconut that we roast up in our oven. No added sugar, no added nothin'!
This flavor was born out of Sam's love for almonds. His goal was to give roasted almonds a sweet, yet light, coating without using egg whites. We take California almonds and coat them with a thin layer of boiling hot honey, roast 'em up in the oven, and toss them organic cinnamon, cane sugar, and kosher salt.
This one is for the lovers of darker chocolate. Our cacao nibs comes from a single farm in Ecuador which grows the variety of cocoa pods that were originally cultivated 5,600 years ago! To us, the nibs taste like raspberries and graham crackers. But what do we know?! You should decide for yourself...
